This photo sure looked sharper on Photoshop. I guess I need to check out again the minimum down-sizing needed on a photo to make it presentable on the blog.

i find that as well, Photoshop makes things more vivid and sharper than elsewhere. i usually over-sharpen and make things more vivid to put on the web.
