Day 65

TANVIR’S BRIDE!  Tanvir was on a football team I play with on Friday and Saturday mornings.

Day 64

RILEY, OUR GRANDSON makes a “house” in the hallway (computer area) between the Dining Room and the Bedrooms.  He arranged some toys for a store, but no customers showed up!

Day 63

BENGALI LADY and her daughter, who were also waiting for the Boi Mela to open.

FISHERMEN and their boat which I saw from the ferry, during my trip to Khulna.

BOI MELA ATTENDEES waiting for the gates to open on the last day of the month long book fair.

Day 60

VAN-GARI Driver working his way through the crowd waiting for the Boi Mela to open.

PAINTERS AT WORK on the wall and on my face and hand!   I attended the annual Boi Mela (Book Fair) organized by the Bangla Academy on the last day of the month long Mela.  They had many painters who were ready to paint the national flag, map or minar.  My hand was done free when I ran into the painter I had met earlier but didn’t ask to have any painting done.  He insisted on doing my hand at no charge!
