I found another better photo of an Asian Openbill in flight.

I saw these ducks at Jahanagirnar University.  I would love if someone would confirm whether they actually are Lesser Whistling Ducks!  And maybe the ducks on the water are not the same as the ones in the air?

Dhaka streets looked colorful yesterday with many ladies dressed in red saris!  Many gift shops had loads of items such as sweetheart mugs, cards, etc. to help people celebrate Valentine’s Day.  I even bought my wife a bouquet of red roses!

Here I am again showing photos of a party!  Winter in Bangladesh means winter picnics and it must also mean things like jig-saw puzzle parties!  Thanks so  much for hosting, Akash and Nila!  It was a fun evening with a spaghetti supper as well.  I arrived at 3 and left at 10 pm.  Dustin came around 4 and hung around as long as I did. It looks like Diane gets featured at this party also.  This is the nice kind of winter with highs in the 70’s!

I saw a reflection of the sun in a window of a nearby hospital so I grabbed my camera and raced for our rooftop (1 flight of stairs).  This is the scene I saw.

If you don’t want to miss a shot always have your camera handy to save precious time.
