This was my Christmas Eve activity, in between taxi runs!

Merry Christmas

I couldn’t resist sending this photo to our brother-in-law for Christmas! Of course I had sone somee photoshopping, to get the cardinal onto the binoculars (And not a good job of it). Hoping you all have a great Christmas Day!

Photobombing Photographer

If you look back at posts from other years, you can also likely find my image in the mirror as I am trying to capture the beauty of this ceramic nativity scene, my sister-in-law did in the 70’s for her parents.

Merry Christmas

Wishing you all a very Merry, Merry Christmas!

Christmas Decor

These folks seem to have a thing for the Nutcracker! Is Santa having trouble getting up, or down?

Taking a closer look, he seems to be ignoring the stepladder set out for his use!

Santa (Jim) has been visiting this family for a long time. Santa brought gifts to the Mother of this home when she was a little girl! Like Santa said, “That was a long time ago.” He said he can’t afford to visit all the children of the children of the first family he visited, but he visits at least this family and one other one, because he kind of took a liking to them. The same has happened to me. Maybe biased, since the children say I am their favorite taxi driver!

Mom and Me

Christmas Day!

Tasty Dhal

A nice tasty dish we enjoyed on Christmas Eve Day. It was prepared by our daughter-in-law, who is an expert at preparing Bengali cuisine!!

A Bangladeshi Feast

A Bangladeshi feast on Christmas Eve Day— Pilau, Elk Nehari, Chicken Korai, Dhal, Bhaji and Laccha Shemai. (Elk is not a traditional Bangladeshi meat. This meal was prepared by our son, and his wife! It was delicious, as always!
