IDA, OUR FRIEND ENJOYING OUR photo book. She had invited us over for supper along with her mother, and Carol, another friend. It was a fun evening of getting caught up on recent events in our lives, reminiscing about the good times we had together in years past, and of course a good cup of coffee.

BEAUTIFUL AMISH COUNTRY HOME near Mt. Hope, Ohio, U.S.A. We take a 1 hr. early morning walk every day giving many opportunities to get photos of this beautiful countryside. I haven’t seen any rice fields yet! 🙂
We had a nice meal and evening with Austin’s in Canton last evening. The grandsons were so glad to see us.

CONGRATULATIONS TO THE U.S.A. football team on their 1-0 victory over Algeria today to go into the final 16 of the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.
I’ve got a serious case of jet lag. I did venture outside after the rain quit this afternoon to take this photo of some scenery behind the home we are staying at in Ohio, U.S.A. For several months I may post many photos of America for my many Bengali friends who wish they could visit the U.S.A.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY SPECIAL WIFE whose birthday is today! I met her on September 18 in the afternoon and have had so many special times together since then! Sorry, sweetheart, it’s 9 pm and the power is off so I couldn’t find a good photo of you on this laptop, so I used one of an Argentina flag waving high over a street in Lalmatia, Dhaka, Bangladesh. This city is wild with 2010 World Cup fever! Even more so than the World Series or the NBA finals in the U.S.A. Well today was filled with more good-byes. As I left the football field I had tears. One fellow told me it is ok, you will return!
