Day 124

THIS SCHOOL GUARD REALLY WANTED HIS PHOTO TAKEN.  He had seen me taking photos of the construction outside Charles’ apartment building, and came out requesting I take his photo. Charles said he saw him coming out making sure his hat was on properly for the photo.

DITCH DIGGING FOREMAN!  This fellow was motioning to me that he wanted some money to buy some food with.  Even though he has a job he thought maybe I would help him out!

BENGALI WOMEN WORKING ON CREW to excavate a ditch.  With Mother’s Day coming soon, I’m sure many people would be glad their Mother didn’t have to have this kind of job.  It is commendable that they are working and not begging! I suspect there were days my Mother worked this hard!
