Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving to all you fine folks. I took this photo four years ago, when my dear wife and I went for a walk on Thanksgiving Day. She is again out faithfully walking this morning as I am getting this post ready. Looking forward to a day with family. My prayers go out to the families who are gathering for the first time without a loved one. May they have comfort, and enjoy the many great memories they have of their loved one.

Hunter Moon

The moon shows up in the morning behind the Millersburg, OH courthouse!

Nestled in the Forest

Along the shore on the Inner Passage between Vancouver and Juneau.

A quick post before disembarking for Seward, Alaska. So busy not time to post, but many photos will come later.

Ok, it’s not red but pink! The Dwarf Crab Apple Tree in our backyard shared it’s beautiful blossoms with us again. The wind and the rain took it’s toll, and carpeted our lawn with the beautiful pink petals! Have a great day.

This photo was taken at a pull-off for a scenic outlook! I ended up looking in the wrong direction at the wrong end of the parking lot. I am not sure at the other end I could have seen any farther down the canyon! Lots of snow and reduced visibility. This was on the road from Tennessee to North Carolina on Route #26.

The first snow for this season!
