NO CLEAR WINNER in the “How long will the mustache last?”
I delivered friends to their luncheon appointment at 12 noon on Wednesday, and decided to go home and get rid of my beard instead of staying for lunch. I spent 15 minutes getting some photos taken of my hairy condition. That left 30 minutes to get rid of the beard before I had to leave to go with my friends to Mirpur! I cut fast and furious with the scissors and then whacked away with my safety razor! I left a few blood trails but I finished. When I came out with only my mustache there was quite a reaction from my wife and house helper. On Thursday, while my guests were in another home for dinner (supper) I took a trip to Towne Hall Bazaar, and had my local barber get rid of the mustache. The mustache had lasted 29 hours.
