Happy New Year’s Eve

I decided for my last post of the year to use AI to create this photo! I asked AI to create a photo with the following description: Create me an image of a 7 year old girl with red hair, braids, and a smile. I didn’t have a photo of a young 7-yr old girl that I recently chatted with. Doing a taxi job I went to a Christmas gathering to pick up a family that had hired me. While waiting this little girl came out to talk to me. I was pleased to see her, and rolled down my window so we could chat. She said she came out to see me, because she hadn’t seen me for a long time! That blessed me! I pray that you will all have moments of pleasure like this in the coming year! AI did a nice job, though my friend’s hair was not quite as red, and her was neatly combed. However you celebrate New Year’s Eve, may the last day of 2024 be special for you. Maybe you can even bless someone with your presence!

Restored Jail

Local Iconic Sight

As the sun was setting I took this photo of our local courthouse which sticks out high above the building in the foreground.

Merry Christmas

And a Happy New Year!

Harvest

I always look forward to seeing these bags of “Lady Finger” popcorn hanging outside to dry. Hope you all have a great Christmas Eve!

I Love the Smile

I love this Christmas Party pic!

Vegetable Art

It looks like my wife is prepping for a veggie tray.
I decided to add this photo of the other veggies.

In Memory

Being encouraged by a good friend to post my photos, I decided it was time to put up this post. Martha Yoder, my wife’s sister passed away on December 3, 2024. She was 73 years old, after a 1.5 year battle with cancer. Martha loved angels, so my wife wanted me to carve an angel in memory of her that we could include with our Christmas decorations. I ended up, carving three angels, and finished them with three different finishes. We are missing Martha during this season.
