Pumpkin Spice Trail in Shipshewana, Indiana gets a lot of traffic.

DAS KAFFEE HAUS – SHIPSHEWANA, INDIANA

I took this photo of these siblings, and the older boy came running to look at my screen to see what the photo looked like, that I took of him! Fun times!

Un-Posed

I was trying to take only pictures, with not too much cooperation! 🙂 Later they cooperated, but I thought this was a great un-posed photo!

Helping Hands

Little fella gets help from his mother and sister in his travels down to see Glen Ellis Falls, in Gorham, New Hampshire!

It looks like the climb down the stairs was successful! A great family to travel with.

Eyes

My cousin’s granddaughter!

One of the many scenes I had on a 20 day taxi road trip with 5 young Amish men (Aged 22-39). Now home, before a 7 day road trip to Northeastern USA. It feels like a 40 hour layover! Maybe after that I will be more consistent with posts!

With such a nice morning, traveling to the wedding with an open carriage is a pleasant ride!

This Amish couple are traveling to a wedding with their “golf cart!” They are probably at the age, etc., that hitching up a horse for a trip wouldn’t be possible!

I have a dilemma! I still haven’t posted many of my photos from my weekend in Charleston, SC. yet! I also have got some nice photos this week, that haven’t been posted. On Monday I am heading for the West Coast, hoping to reach Yosemite National Park by Wednesday evening. This is a 20-day trip, so there should be some great photos coming up! See you then!

Swartzentruber Amish boys heading home after a long day of birding! Their church doesn’t use bicycles!

It was a fun day, when many of us from the company I work for spent some time at the home of this young lady on the right, getting the landscape prepared for her wedding day. I scheduled this post, so today is actually the wedding day, which we are privileged to attend. It is an Amish wedding so it will be at their home! I helped shovel mulch onto the wheel barrows, while some of the girls took it to wherever it was needed.

Changes

This tree is showing off it’s Springtime blooms, showing the change from Winter to Spring. As soon as this lady passed this tree, she turned around, reached into her purse for her flip phone, took a photo of the tree, put the phone back in her purse and headed on home! Amish taking photos is also a change!
