This photo was taken in the Woodbury Wildlife Area 4 miles west of Coshocton, Ohio while on a Birding tour provided by Time & Optics a Binocular and other Optics supplier in Holmes County, Ohio. this day I added 4 lifers to my Life list of birds I have seen. The day before on a birding trip to the Mohican area near Loudonville, Ohio, I added 7 birds to my life list! Birding was great but photography was not so great!

This is a beautiful bird that loves to sing in the open fields. It’s the best photo I could from the distance I was away! This was in the Woodbury Wildlife Area 4 miles west of Coshocton, Ohio.

This woodpecker has been coming to our bird feeder. He loves the peanuts. We have a pair of bluebirds that returned again this year and have hatched little ones. One of the adult bluebirds keeps dive-bombing this woodpecker. He must be very territorial!

This bird frequents our backyard.

A beautiful Baltimore Oriole I was delighted to see while birding at Magee Marsh in Northern Ohio during the “Biggest Week in America Birding!” I think it was also National Bird Migration Day!

My third sighting of this beautiful bird. I was birding at Magee Marsh in Northern Ohio. A beautiful warm day. Actually the first day I was really hot! Love Summer!!
