LANTERN used in the brick dwelling because the electricity was off because of load-shedding. I was invited into this home when walking by. Their daughter is in London. I was given some dates and a glass of water. Further down the road I was invited into a home for breakfast, but I declined thinking I might miss the start of a meeting.

WATER JUG being carried by this lady in Savar District. As you can tell I was out of town for several days, providing many photo opportunities. She gave me a big smile when I thanked her for allowing me to take the photo.

FISHERMAN’S NET in Savar District of Bangladesh. Aleta, my “daughter”, told me if I walk down the road for several kilometers at dawn, this site would await me. I thanks for this great photo-op.

DRAGONFLY with orange wings. I spied this dragonfly at a pond in the Savar district of Bangladesh.

ORANGES are always a refreshing treat. Bengalis are known for always artfully displaying their fruits and vegetables.

RILEY our youngest grandchild is having fun trying out my new remote shutter release for my camera.
