On my walk on Saturday morning this sight was a pleasant surprise, and considerably shortened my morning walk. Should I have been surprised? The name of the park was McGalliard Falls Park! This was in Valdese, North Carolina. Have a wonderful week.

We are back in Ohio, and here is a early morning scene, showing just a remnant of the snow that fell last week.
This scene greeted us last week as we headed South off of I-76 near Somerset, Pennsylvania! It was nice for us, that we missed storm, so the roads were bare, but the scenery had a lovely coating of fresh snow.
