Winter has arrived as we have another snowfall!

We woke up a week or so ago, and were surprised by this snowfall!
This scene greeted us last week as we headed South off of I-76 near Somerset, Pennsylvania! It was nice for us, that we missed storm, so the roads were bare, but the scenery had a lovely coating of fresh snow.

Amish Ladies Biking to Town
A squirrel has been busy using our decorative bench for his workbench! I haven’t seen a bill yet for the application of Walnut Stain on the bench. We clear it off, and in a week or so, it looks like this again!
4 am cleaning off the car; bkfst with friends, and then picking up some of my boss’s family, and birding. Obviously we could set up the scope on the road, since it was flooded and nobody was going on past this point. Saw many birds, but only one new bird! It always felt good to get back in to the car, to travel to the next site.
Rain all day yesterday, now snow today! ❄ Roads messy, but tolerable. Side roads and streets not cleared yet. The scenery is beautiful.
