WE ALWAYS ENJOY THE 30 MINUTE RICKSHAW RIDE THROUGH THE COUNTRY FROM AKAURA TO THE CHECKPOST NEAR AGARTALA, INDIA.

OUR TEAM DID WIN THE FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT ON SATURDAY EVENING, with Masum scoring a goal in each of the overtime periods!

THIS TABLE WAS FILLED WITH TROPHIES FOR THE DIFFERENT PLACE WINNERS IN A CRICKET TOURNAMENT.  Tonight the football team I play with is playing in the finals, of course  we hope to go home with the 1st Place trophy. It’s an evening match so I’m not sure what kind of photos I’ll will be able to take.

TROPHIES TO GIVE TO THE WINNERS OF THE CRICKET TOURNAMENT.

THIS FELLOW WANTED ME TO TAKE A PHOTO OF HIM AND HIS FRIEND.  AFTER MY CAMERA GAVE ME ERRORS SEVERAL TIMES THEY SEEM TO BE JUST STARING INTO THE LENS.  I WAS STANDING IN THE STREET SO MAYBE HE WAS LOOKING OUT FOR MY SAFETY ON ZAKIR HOSSAIN RD!

IS THAT CAMERA EVER GOING TO WORK, SO I CAN QUIT POSING?

IT WILL DEFINITELY BE URBAN, AND MAYBE COZY LIKE A HUT!

This is a photo of a sign in front of the construction site for this building!

BENGALI VILLAGER IN THE EARLY EVENING BRINGING HOME THE CATTLE!

THIS WAS A VIEW FROM THE WESTERN SIDE OF THE MEMORIAL CHRISTIAN HOSPITAL COMPOUND at Malumghat, Bangladesh.

Beautiful view with rice paddies in the bakground!

I DECIDED TO GET A DIFFERENT VIEW OF THIS POOL WITH MONUMENT VISITORS IN THE BACKGROUND!  This lady didn’t mind being in the foreground so I clicked the shutter!  Bengali people are so very friendly and hospitable.
