THIS WAS THE TASTY BENGALI MEAL of fish curry, mutton curry, rice and dal that we were served in a village in Munshiganj district of Bangladesh. The meal is served on the bed on a oilcloth type of table cloth.
TWO LITTLE BENGALI CHILDREN WITH baby goats in a Munshiganj area village. I would have posted pictures of the care packages from America, but a part of those goodies was my repaired camera. The photos I took were with my friend’s camera.
HALIM, MY FOOTBALL PLAYER FRIEND, standing in front of some cows in the village his mother comes from. I went with Halim and one of his nieces to this village in Munshigang district. They were very friendly and were gracious hosts.
