Here I am again showing photos of a party!  Winter in Bangladesh means winter picnics and it must also mean things like jig-saw puzzle parties!  Thanks so  much for hosting, Akash and Nila!  It was a fun evening with a spaghetti supper as well.  I arrived at 3 and left at 10 pm.  Dustin came around 4 and hung around as long as I did. It looks like Diane gets featured at this party also.  This is the nice kind of winter with highs in the 70’s!

After 7 hours with 5-7 people working on this 1,000 piece puzzle!.

WHILE I AM FEATURING THE OUTING WITH THESE LADIES I’LL GO AHEAD AND POST THIS PHOTO!  This was taken during our stroll along Dhanmondi Lake after lunch!

It looks like a photo-op!

I HELPED THESE TWO YOUNG LADIES FIND A HANDICRAFT SHOP AND A SHOP THAT HANDLES BLOCK PRINTING SUPPLIES!  From Iqbal Rd to Farmgate to Gausia Market, Midnight Sun Restaurant and back to Iqbal Rd.  The only mishap we had was when I tripped a fell smashing to the ground with my camera in hand.  My uv filter had a ding in the side and crushed glass but my camera, the lens, and my body had no ill effects!!! A miracle at best.

WE SPENT JANUARY 1 IN THAMEL, KATHMANDU, NEPAL! IT WAS A NIPPY 38 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT EARLY IN THE MORNING AND 63 DEGREES BY 4 PM. I ALSO ENJOYED MY DAILY EARLY MORNING CUP OF TEA.
