It must be the wedding season. Last evening I attended the second Guy Holud event in one week, both being for grooms whom I play football with. At a Guy Holud the main event is putting tumeric on the face, and feeding the groom fruits and sweets. The photo is of Asif Hossain Asrafi and I, and today is the wedding reception for him and Nasima Arfin (Mou)! Congratulations! Yes there was a birthday cake! Actually, it was given to me by the Mrs. Yoder’s Kitchen Restaurant in Mt. Hope, Ohio because I ate breakfast there on my birthday. The candle is an amazing Flower whose petals open with candles on each petal. It also plays a nice tune.
