A beautiful unique wedding cake. This was for the bridal table. The rest of the guests had a choice of many cheesecakes for their desserts.

One of many cheesecakes available at a beautiful wedding we attended last weekend!

The bride, a good friend of ours, arranged this plate for me to photograph it! It was a lovely wedding!


Oatmeal Pie Recipe:
1 Unbaked 9″ Pie Crust
1/4 C. Butter or Margarine
1/2 C. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 Cloves
1/4 tsp Salt
1 C. Light Corn Syrup
3 Eggs
1 C Oatmeal
Cream the butter and sugar: add spices and salt. Stir in the corn syrup. Add the eggs, one at a time, stirring well after each addition. Stir in the oatmeal and pour into the pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about an hour, or till a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
