Shattered

This cup has my go-to mug for 5 years. Now shattered it will be replaced, though I will still have a relationship with the person who gave it to me. I prefer shattered things, to shattered relationships. The truth is, relationships are a lot more valuable than things. Things have many good memories attached to them, but can easily be replaced. Now I have choices. I suspect, it will depend upon whether, I want a large or regular cup of coffee, to start off my day! The gift giver is like a granddaughter to me. Baba, means grandfather in Bangla!

This mug shows my love for the game of Scrabble! My memory escapes me, though this was likely a gift from someone.

This larger mug was a gift from my mother! She loves to give cutsie gifts!
