Idaho Homestead nestled in the hills
It was hard for me to resist taking a photo of this mural in Salmon, Idaho!
I enjoyed a burger at this place. A must stop if traveling near Salmon, Idaho!
Stir-fried veggies. Lots of choices for hot sauce! I think curry powder was actually used. The meal was prepared by our grandson, also including salmon and rice. Topped off with a family tradition (Grape nut pudding), a nice finish to the meal.
